While studying sport and movement sciences at ETH Zurich, Ms. Hess specialized in the field of sports physiology, where she focused on the functions of the human body at all levels. Among other things, the biochemical processes of the body, the respiratory, circulatory and muscular physiology as well as various performance diagnostic concepts were all aspects of her training. For the past six years, she has worked in a market-leading services company specializing in muscle physiology and health-oriented training, most recently as the director of a studio. During that time she was in regular contact with customers, conducted trainings and consultations. An ongoing training as a nutritionist, has supplemented her well-founded knowledge and thus enables an individual preventative consultation as part of a medical check-up.
